two person perspective | paintings by Dore Stockhausen, drawings by Rita Lazauskas | OPENING!

We are very pleased to invite you to celebrate with us a special collection of works on paper by Rita Lazauskas and paintings by Dore Stockhausen opening at our STUDIOS on Saturday 23rd August at 2:30.

Dore & Rita first met 30 years ago whilst completing post-graduate studies at Monash university in Churchill and despite their lasting friendship have not previously had an exhibition together!

The included works will continue Dore's fascination with nature and the built environment, and have evolved from a faux-landscape sculpture created by Dore from white polystyrene, clear plastic packaging and other consumer waste. As the world population escalates and land use becomes critical just how will our world d/evolve?
